Further detail of storyboard

  VERSE 1

1.       Panning shot of the setting. This adds to the unique photographic style that I will continue throughout my music video.
 Duration: 3 seconds.

2.       Tilt increasing from height eventually reaching the models face. This establishes the main character to the audience.
Duration: 7 seconds.

3.       Close up shot of the models face, this is the first interaction the model will have with the audience and aspect of the performance feature. 
Duration: 2 seconds.

4.       Circular tracking shot around the female model in a medium shot fully showing the character.
Duration: 4 seconds.

5.       Medium shot with the camera placed in front of the mirror prop, the shot will contain the female model slowly walking closer to the camera.
Duration: 2 seconds.

6.     Close up of the models face which then zooms into an extreme close up showing the pain she is feeling (reflecting with the lyrics of the song).
Duration: 1 second. 

7.       Over the shoulder/Medium long shot of the model. The shot should contain her reflection as she is looking into the mirror. 
Duration: 3 seconds.

8.       Low angle shot/ medium close up of the model staring at herself in the mirror, her facial expressions should represent her feelings.
Duration: 2 seconds.

9.       Extreme close up of the models lips singing to the lyrics, performance style.
Duration: 3 seconds.

10.   Medium shot of the model looking in the mirror twizzeling her hair with her fingers. This shot is designed to show how the model trying to perfect her image as she has low self esteem.
Duration: 2 seconds.

11.   Long shot of the model sat on the floor in the meadow location. She will have her hands placed in her head sat on the floor in this wide location to show how emotionally alone she is feeling. 
Duration: 2 seconds.

12.   Close up shot of the model singing directly to the camera (specifically relating to the emotions she portrays in the previous shot). The female model will lift her head up and sing directly to the camera “thinking your not pretty”. I could exaggerate her emotions as part of mise-en-scene by using smudged eye make up to show how upset she feels with her image. 
Duration: 2 seconds.

13.   Extreme close up of the models eyes blinking. Slow motion will be used after shooting in the editing suites to almost extend time and show how slow time moves as she is heartbroken. 
Duration: 1 second.

14.  Bird’s eye view shot of the model on the floor at the field location singing to the following lyrics“but that’s not true”. I will reinforce this shot with slow motion during my editing process. 
Duration: 5 seconds.

15.   A POV shot from the models perspective, this will contain shots of the sky and the clouds. 
Duration: 1 second.

16.   Again a bird's eye view shot of the model on the floor however at the lake location. The duration of this shot is slightly longer as during editing I will be merging the two ariel shots together to show her continued thought process about her recent heartbreak. 
Duration: 7 seconds.

17.   A close up shot of the sky, the clouds will be edited to a fast motion showing time continuing during the music video.
Duration: 1 second.  

CHORUS #1

      18. Long shot of the model singing with her hands in the air showing the performance aspect of the music video - 2 seconds.

19. Close shot with the camera placed just below the models face to clearly show her singing - 1 second.

20. Medium shot of the model sat down on the bridge with her hand in the water, then the model looks up at the camera and directly sings the words "you’re jumping into it"- 2 seconds.

21. Long shot of the model walking down the bridge in slow motion- 2 seconds

22. Merges with a shot of the male model walking down an urban street, it then becomes clear the song follows the theme of heartbreak- 3 seconds.

23. Panning shot of the lake location - 2 seconds.

24. Close up of the models eyes showing teards rolling down her face - 3 seconds.

25.Follows onto her walking along the bank in a continous long shot then the camera is handheld and moves downwood following the models hand as she picks a rose.  - 3 seconds

26. Close up, still camera which focuses into her smelling the rose - 2 seconds

27. Quick panning to show both of the models eyes closed in slow motion- 2 seconds.

28. Long shot showing both characters facing eachother (side camera shot) - 2 seconds.

29. Medium close of both characters facing eachother (again side camera shot) - 4 seconds.

30. Camera zooms closer to the models faces whilst the female model touches the male models cheek - 4 seconds.

31. High angle shot of just the female model (was just her imagination) showing her eyes close again - 2 seconds.

VERSE 2

33. Panning shot going across westwood past the models eyes they back to scenery - 2 seconds.  
34. Long shot of the model sat on the bench holding a dying rose - 1 second.

36. Canted frame close up shot of the model with her eyes closed - 1 second.

37.  Back to field location, medium shot of the model singing"cause your" with her hand slightly infront of her face like she is reaching for the camera - 1 second.

39. Mid Shot of the model sat on the bridge beside the water - 1 second.

40. Again mid shot but only showing the models legs and her hand in the frame, the model will throw a few coins into the lake in slow motion - 2 second.
